A flat €49 platform fee, then €19 for each rep you actually pay commission to. Not per login, not per rule, not per deal. Free for as long as you want, up to two reps on one plan.
Model your whole org, build plans, stress-test them. Free stops at the moment you publish for a third rep.
A flat platform fee plus a rate per rep you actually pay commission to. No seat bundles to outgrow, no minimum team size.
A rep counts when they are not archived, sit in a role, that role has a plan, and that plan is live. Miss any one and they are not billable — not “discounted”, not counted.
Draft plans never count, with no time limit and no grace period. You can model your entire org, write every rule, and stress-test it against last quarter's deals without paying for a single rep.
Your bill is a snapshot of who was billable when the period closed — not the peak during the month, and not a running average. The snapshot date is shown on your billing page before it happens, so today's preview is tomorrow's invoice.
A rep who goes live on day 28 and is still there at the snapshot is billed the full €19 for that period. A rep who joins and leaves before the snapshot costs nothing. It's a plain headcount × rate, which is what makes the invoice auditable in one pass.
People who administer commissions but aren't paid on a plan — RevOps, finance, you — aren't billable reps. Neither is a rep you archive: their payout history and audit trail stay intact, the charge stops.
Not yet — Lokom bills monthly only. When annual billing ships it will appear here with the discount stated up front.
Platform access: the Pipedrive connection, the plan designer, Plan Intelligence, the audit trail and the export tooling. It is not a bundle of seats — reps are charged at €19 each from the very first one, so the maths on your invoice is always base + reps × rate.
Yes. An upgrade takes effect immediately and you are charged for the new tier straight away. A downgrade is scheduled: you keep what you are paying for until the end of the current period, and the change applies at renewal.
Archive them. If that happens before the end-of-period snapshot, they are not billed for that period at all. Their payout history, audit trail and past statements are preserved either way.
No. Reps see their commission inside the Pipedrive deal — that is the point of the product. Whether or not a rep ever signs into Lokom has no effect on whether they are billable, and no effect on your bill.
As many as you need. Billing counts reps on a live commission plan, not people with logins — so RevOps, finance and sales leadership cost nothing to add.
Pipedrive, natively and deeply — it is the whole premise of Lokom rather than one connector among many. Other CRMs are not supported today.
No. Lokom is billed under the French VAT franchise (article 293 B of the Code général des impôts), so the price you see is the price you pay and invoices carry no VAT. If that changes as we grow, we will tell you before it does.
It is not time-limited. Two billable reps on one live plan, plus 100 deals and 5 rules, for as long as you like — enough to run a real cycle end to end before you decide. The two share a role, so you are testing one plan against two people rather than two plans. You hit the upgrade when you publish for a third rep.
