("Lokom" is also not declared to INSEE as a *nom commercial* — the registry returns none. Declaring it via the guichet unique is free and would make the trading name official; a pending administrative step, not a legal blocker.)

The Lokom software, its interface and the content of this site are protected by copyright, which arises automatically and needs no registration. You may not reproduce or reuse them without permission.

The name "Lokom" is not a registered trade mark. It is an unregistered trading name, which is lawful to use but carries no exclusive right: it does not stop anyone else adopting it, and it would not stop a third party registering it and asking us to stop. (Recommended next step, not a launch blocker: run an INPI availability search and, if the name is clear, file it in classes 9 and
